ABOUT THE SPACE

LOCATION

 WLoft is Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and Fashion District, the venue is surrounded by plenty of area textures, world-class art museums and famed cultural institutions including the MOCA, the Walt Disney Concert Hall. 

GREAT ROOM + MEZZANINE

With up to approximately 8,400 square feet of space, WLoft is the ideal banquet facility for any wedding, corporate function, social gathering or production style whether glamorous, modern, rustic or anything in between and beyond. 


Its natural wooden floors, exposed brick walls, 30 foot bow and truss ceilings will provide a stunning backdrop for your event. Located on the second level sits the mezzanine encased by glass railing. Overlooking the great room, this newly renovated facility has 30-foot ceilings and can accommodate up to 250 guests.

 

Whether hosting cocktail hour, a multi-station buffet or seated dinner reception with a dance floor, open bar and lounge area your guests are sure to enjoy the celebration. AMENITIES

16-Hour Facility Rental

Enjoy the use of WLoft for up to 16-hours between 8AM until midnight. The Great Room and Mezzanine level share a maximum capacity of  250 people.

A Dedicated Onsite Team

You can trust your dedicated onsite Event Manager and team to make sure things run smoothly on the day of your event. 

Tables, Chairs and Linens

We'll setup 35 round tables and 250 white folding chairs arranged per your style.  Each table is set and draped in ivory or black linen. Premium furniture rentals are available and can be added for an additional charge. 

Transportation

Top notch, white glove service. While street parking is available, your facility rental includes a team of hosted valet parking attendants for up to 160 vehicles.

Security

Trust that your event will run smoothly, we provide a team of highly trained and professional unarmed security guards. Inquire about armed security professional services.

Janitorial Services

Rest assured, at the end of the night, you and your closest friends and family can depart without the hassle of cleaning. We take care of the post-event cleaning and breakdown.
